At SafiGlow, your confidence matters to us. We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us, which is why we’ve designed a clear and fair return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories and manuals must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Because our LED devices and skincare products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SafiGlow@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be processed for shipment.
