Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Times

Estimated transit times after dispatch vary depending on your location. For U.S. orders, allow 6–13 business days in total, including 1–3 business days for processing and 5–10 business days in transit:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SafiGlow is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it before shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you.

Customs & International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
