Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SafiGlow is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it before shipment.
